# NomaSign

> NomaSign is enterprise-grade digital signing at a small-business price. Every document is certified and sealed with an Adobe-trusted certificate the moment it is sent, before anyone signs; each signature is then added as its own sealed, timestamped revision, and an independent trusted timestamp closes the document. Verification happens in Adobe or any PAdES-capable reader, on the recipient's machine, not on NomaSign's servers. Signers sign from any device without creating an account, and signed documents are stored in the customer's own cloud (OneDrive or Google Drive), not NomaSign's. It costs R99/month because NomaSign specialises in signing and builds on the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace the customer already has, instead of running a full document management system.

## Key Facts

- **Sealed on send**: Documents are certified and sealed before the first signature, not after the last one. Any change other than signing visibly breaks the seal.
- **Verifiable evidence**: Each signature is its own sealed, timestamped revision inside the PDF. Adobe shows what changed and when; the proof travels with the file and does not depend on NomaSign.
- **Adobe-trusted**: The signing certificate chains to the Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL), so completed documents open in Adobe with signatures shown as valid.
- **Certificate-agnostic**: With a certificate supplied by the signer or their organisation, signing can reach advanced or qualified levels (for example AeS/QeS under eIDAS). Requirements differ by jurisdiction.
- **Pricing**: R99/month (annual) or R149/month (monthly), unlimited documents under fair use. One flat price for standard signing; no per-document charges.
- **No signer accounts**: Recipients sign via an email link, in a browser, on any device, in about 30 seconds.
- **Invitations from your own email**: Signing requests are sent from the sender's address, so they land in inboxes rather than spam folders.
- **Your documents, your cloud**: Signed documents are stored in the customer's own OneDrive or Google Drive. NomaSign does not retain customer documents.
- **Identity signals**: Each signing event records verified email (OTP), IP address, and device fingerprint alongside the cryptographic evidence.
- **Legal validity**: Electronic signatures are recognised for most business documents under South Africa's ECT Act; frameworks such as eIDAS (EU) and ESIGN/UETA (USA) similarly recognise e-signatures. Requirements vary by document type and jurisdiction.
- **Automation**: REST API, webhooks on completion, templates, bulk send, and direct sending of your own generated PDFs. Connects to Zoho, Xero, Zapier, Make.com, Azure Logic Apps, Salesforce, and anything that speaks HTTP.
