NomaSign Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and billing for NomaSign subscription services. We aim to be fair and transparent in all billing matters.

NomaSign is a digital service delivered electronically. Because you receive immediate access to the Service upon payment, our refund policy differs from policies for physical goods.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial:

  • No payment information is required to start
  • You have full access to all features of your selected plan
  • You can cancel at any time with no charge
  • If you choose not to subscribe, your trial ends automatically

We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate the Service during your trial period before committing to a paid subscription.

3. Subscription Billing

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Each billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribed (or the date you upgraded) and recurs on the same date each month.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full 12-month period. Annual plans offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Invoicing is available for annual Business plans upon request.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Using the subscription management settings in your account
  • Contacting our support team at Contact support

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You retain full access to all features until your subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made after your current period ends
  • Your account will be downgraded to limited functionality after expiration

4.3 Data After Cancellation

Your documents remain in your connected cloud storage (OneDrive or Google Drive) after cancellation. We never delete your documents. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate, after which it is permanently deleted.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 General Policy

Because NomaSign is a digital service with immediate access upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Monthly subscription periods that have already begun
  • Unused portions of a billing period
  • Subscription downgrades (price difference is not refunded)
  • Failure to use the Service

5.2 Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Granted

We may grant refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period in error
  • Technical Issues: If a significant platform issue prevented you from using the Service for an extended period and we were unable to resolve it
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to our error

5.3 How to Request a Refund

  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant details or documentation

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

6. Plan Changes

6.1 Upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan:

  • The upgrade takes effect immediately
  • You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period
  • Your new billing amount applies from your next billing date

6.2 Downgrades

When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then. No refunds or credits are issued for the price difference.

7. Competitor Buy-Out Offer

Our competitor buy-out offer (remaining contract time added free to your purchase) is subject to the following:

  • You must provide proof of an existing active contract with a competing e-signature provider
  • The offer applies to new NomaSign customers only
  • The bonus months are non-refundable once activated
  • NomaSign reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline applications

8. Price Changes

We may change our subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes before their next renewal. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree to the change.
