NomaSign Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing work for NomaSign subscriptions.

NomaSign is a digital service—you receive immediate access after payment. Because of this, our refund policy differs from what you might expect for physical products.

2. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can choose any plan tier and get full feature access during the trial period. If you decide not to subscribe before day 14, the trial simply expires—no charges, no follow-up.

We recommend using those two weeks to test NomaSign with actual documents and real workflows. That's the purpose of the trial: to help you determine whether the service works for your needs before you pay.

3. Subscription Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Your billing date is the day you originally subscribed (or upgraded), and it repeats on the same day each month.

Annual subscriptions require a single upfront payment for the full year. The per-month cost is lower than monthly billing.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed through our secure payment provider.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to subscription settings in your account dashboard or email Contact support.

When you cancel, you are not immediately cut off. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you paid through March 15, you can use NomaSign until March 15. No further charges will apply after that date, and your account will revert to limited functionality.

What happens to your data: Your documents remain in your own OneDrive or Google Drive—we never store them. Your NomaSign account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to resubscribe. After 90 days, it is permanently deleted.

5. Refunds

Because NomaSign provides immediate access upon payment, refunds are generally not available once a billing period has begun. Unused time remaining in a billing period is not refundable. The price difference from a plan downgrade is not refundable. Months when you did not log in or use the service are not refundable.

Exceptions: We will consider refunds in cases of billing errors or significant platform issues. If you were charged twice for the same period, we will correct it. If a major outage blocked your access for an extended period and could not be resolved, we will review the situation. If our systems charged the wrong amount due to a technical error, we will fix it.

How to request a refund: Email Contact support with your account email address, a description of the issue, and any relevant details. We respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period at the time of upgrade. Your next billing cycle will use the new plan rate.

Downgrades work differently. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. The lower-tier plan activates on your next billing cycle. There is no refund or credit for the price difference.

7. Competitor Buy-Out Offer

If you have an existing contract with another e-signature provider, we will add the remaining time from that contract to your NomaSign subscription at no extra cost. Requirements: you must provide proof of your existing contract, and you must be a new NomaSign customer. Once the bonus months are activated, they are non-refundable. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and decline requests that do not meet these criteria.

8. Pricing Changes

Our pricing may change from time to time. If we increase prices, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal date. If you do not agree to the new price, cancel before your renewal and the new rate will not apply to you.
