NomaSign Refund Policy
1. Overview
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing work for NomaSign subscriptions.
NomaSign is a digital service—you receive immediate access after payment. Because of this, our refund policy differs from what you might expect for physical products.
2. Free Trial
New users get a 14-day free trial. No credit card needed to start. Pick any plan tier you like and you'll get full feature access for the full trial period. Decide not to subscribe before day 14? The trial just expires. No charges, no follow-up.
Use those two weeks the way they're meant to be used. Test NomaSign with real documents and real workflows. That's the whole point of the trial: figuring out if the service fits your needs before you part with any money.
3. Subscription Billing
Monthly subscriptions get billed at the start of each billing cycle. Your billing date is whatever day you originally subscribed (or upgraded), and it then repeats on the same day each month.
Annual subscriptions are a single upfront payment for the full year. The per-month cost works out lower than monthly billing.
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted. Payments run through our secure payment provider.
4. Cancellation
Cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, head to subscription settings in your account dashboard, or send an email to .
Cancelling doesn't cut you off straight away. Access continues to the end of your current billing period. Paid through March 15? You'll keep using NomaSign until March 15. After that no further charges apply, and the account drops back to limited functionality.
As for your data: documents stay where they always lived, in your own OneDrive or Google Drive, and we never store them. Your NomaSign account data sticks around for 90 days after cancellation, in case you decide to come back. After 90 days, it's permanently deleted.
5. Refunds
Because NomaSign gives you immediate access on payment, refunds generally aren't available once a billing period has started. Unused time left in a billing period isn't refundable. Neither is the price difference from a plan downgrade. Months when you didn't log in or use the service? Also not refundable.
There are exceptions. Refunds will be considered for billing errors or significant platform issues. Charged twice for the same period? We'll correct it. A major outage that blocked your access for an extended period and couldn't be resolved? We'll review the situation. Wrong amount charged due to a technical error on our side? We'll fix it.
To request a refund, email with your account email address, a description of the issue, and any relevant details. We'll respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period at the moment you upgrade. Your next billing cycle then runs at the new plan rate.
Downgrades work a bit differently. Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and the lower-tier plan kicks in on your next billing cycle. There's no refund or credit for the price difference.
7. Competitor Buy-Out Offer
Got an existing contract with another e-signature provider? We'll add the remaining time on that contract to your NomaSign subscription at no extra cost. A couple of conditions: proof of your existing contract is required, and you need to be a new NomaSign customer. Once the bonus months are activated, they aren't refundable. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and decline requests that don't meet these criteria.
8. Pricing Changes
Prices may change from time to time. If a price goes up, you'll get at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal date. Don't agree with the new price? Cancel before renewal and the new rate won't apply to you.
