Three moving parts, that's it
Your system triggers
A deal closes, a candidate is hired, a lease nears expiry. Your system calls the NomaSign API with the template ID and recipient details.
NomaSign sends and tracks
The signer gets the document, fills any structured fields, and signs. NomaSign handles reminders, audit trail, and storage.
Webhook posts back
On completion, NomaSign posts an HMAC-signed payload with the signed PDF and all field values to whatever endpoint you specified.
