Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you switch, you'll be charged the new rate on your next billing date.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Verve cards. South African customers can also pay via Instant EFT or Scan to Pay QR codes. We can arrange invoicing for annual plans on request.

If you're currently under contract with another e-signature provider, we'll give you the remaining time on your existing contract for free when you purchase a NomaSign subscription. Yes, in most countries they are. The ECT Act covers South Africa, ESIGN does the same in the US, and eIDAS handles the EU. A few document types come with stricter rules or extra identity checks, so it pays to confirm what applies in your country and for the document you’re sending.

An electronic signature (or e-signature) is the broad term for signing electronically. A digital signature is a specific kind of e-signature that relies on certificates and cryptography to prove who signed and to flag any changes to the document. Some documents need that extra level of assurance.

You’ll need an open seat first. Extra seats can be bought in your account settings. Once a seat is available, start typing the person’s email and send the invite. Each team member gets their own account and can send documents for signing on their own.

Signed documents stay in your connected cloud storage (OneDrive or Google Drive). NomaSign doesn’t store your files on our servers, so you remain in control of where your documents live.

Yes. Signing requests can go out from your own email domain, which tends to improve recipient trust and helps keep messages out of spam. It’s available on every plan.

NomaSign plugs into Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Google Drive, Gmail). Pick signers straight from your Microsoft or Google contacts, and send documents from the tools you already work in.

Send a document for signing and NomaSign can nudge any recipients who haven’t signed yet. The frequency is up to you, and reminders can be turned off completely if you’d rather handle the chasing yourself.

Yes. Sequential signing lets you set the exact order recipients should sign in. The next person in the chain only gets their signing request once the previous person has signed.

No, recipients don’t need a NomaSign account. They click the link in their email, look over the document, and sign right in their browser.

NomaSign primarily works with PDF documents. You can upload existing PDFs or convert Word documents to PDF before uploading.

Yes. You can add multiple signers to a document and specify the signing order (sequential) or allow everyone to sign at any time (parallel).

You receive email notifications when each person views and signs the document. You can also track status in your NomaSign dashboard in real time.
