Yes. You get 14 days with full access to every feature, and you don't need a credit card to start.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you switch, you'll be charged the new rate on your next billing date.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Verve cards. South African customers can also pay via Instant EFT or Scan to Pay QR codes. We can arrange invoicing for annual plans on request.

If you're currently under contract with another e-signature provider, we'll give you the remaining time on your existing contract for free when you purchase a NomaSign subscription. For example, if you have 6 months left on your current contract and purchase an annual plan, you'll get 18 months of NomaSign. Contact us with proof of your existing contract to claim this offer.

Yes, in most countries. The ECT Act covers South Africa. In the US it's ESIGN, and the EU relies on eIDAS. A few document types are excluded (in South Africa, wills and agreements for the sale of property still have to be signed on paper), and some regulated workflows require a higher assurance level, which is where certificate-backed digital signatures such as AeS or QeS can matter.

An electronic signature (or e-signature) is the broad term for signing electronically. A digital signature is a certificate-based form of e-signature that uses cryptography to prove who signed and whether the document changed afterwards. NomaSign does both. Every document gets a digital seal the moment you send it, and when the signer or their organisation supplies the right certificate, signatures can reach AeS or QeS.

Yes. NomaSign supports Advanced Electronic Signatures (AeS) and Qualified Electronic Signatures (QeS). The catch is the certificate: the signer or their organisation has to provide it, because that certificate and the associated identity process are what determine whether the signature qualifies as AeS or QeS. NomaSign is certificate agnostic, so it can work with certificates from many commercial CAs and government root CAs.

Yes. Different jurisdictions use different approved providers and certificate-issuance mechanisms. NomaSign is certificate agnostic and supports most of them. Talk to us and we’ll guide you on the right option for your jurisdiction, provider model, and signer setup.

Yes. If you need secure storage for company or personal certificates, we can provide HSM-backed storage for a small additional fee. That is separate from any certificate issuance, identity proofing, or trust-service costs charged by your chosen provider.

You’ll need an open seat first. Extra seats can be bought in your account settings. Once a seat is available, start typing the person’s email and send the invite. Each team member gets their own account and can send documents for signing on their own.

In your own cloud. Completed documents are saved to the OneDrive or Google Drive you connected, so you decide where they live and who can open them.

Yes. Requests go out from your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailbox, so recipients see a name they know and the email is less likely to land in spam. Every plan includes it.

NomaSign works on top of the Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Google Drive, Gmail) account you already have. You can pick signers straight from your Microsoft or Google contacts and send from the tools you use every day.

Send a document for signing and NomaSign can nudge any recipients who haven’t signed yet. The frequency is up to you, and reminders can be turned off completely if you’d rather handle the chasing yourself.

Yes. Sequential signing lets you set the exact order recipients should sign in. The next person in the chain only gets their signing request once the previous person has signed.

No, recipients don’t need a NomaSign account. They click the link in their email, look over the document, and sign right in their browser.

PDF. If your contract is a Word file, save it as a PDF first and upload that.

Yes. You can add multiple signers to a document and specify the signing order (sequential) or allow everyone to sign at any time (parallel).

You receive email notifications when each person views and signs the document. You can also track status in your NomaSign dashboard in real time.
